Sledge Hammer

The sledge hammer is a crude simple weapon that can get the job done. Low maintenance and effective it is a popular weapon in the post-apocalyptic world.  The Dark Moon Sledge Hammer is fitted with a large hammerhead at the top of the handle. The head is 20 cm tall, with an eye through the centre, and 9 cm wide. The head is square at the eye, but the corners of the square has been cut off at the neck - this leaves the hammer with a slightly rounded octagonal face 9 cm across. The handle is 4,5 cm Ø and 85 cm long with a dark-brown finely detailed wooden texture.

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this we recommend using maintenance silicone which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicone is an easy, spray-on application, 100% pure and acid-free making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It keeps the latex-coat flexible and prevents it from drying out keeping the product wear and tear resistant.
