Shipping & Returns
Dear valued customers from the UK, as of today (4th July 2024) all orders will be dispatched without any additional import duties for you. There will be no additional charges, customs processing fees or hidden fees for shipments to the UK. We pay any additional fee or tax associated with sending the package to your UK destination.
If you want to return something from the UK then please contact us prior to sending something back. We will supply you a hassle free DHL return label. We will charge only 15GBP for the return.
All parcels of our goods such as medieval dresses or whatever will be delivered by UPS within the EU
In Ireland our parcels are delivered by An Post
Regular shipping time with An Post: 3 business days
Our U.S. customers will get their orders by Fedex International Priority. Once shipped it takes 2-3 days to arrive.
Shipments outside the EU will be delivered by government mail or DHL in Switzerland.
